Major League Baseball’s MyTickets service has introduced a new feature called Targeted Promotions. For season baseball fans who utilize managing and purchasing their game event tickets through the MyTickets service now have the ability to capture special promotions or targeted promotional offers specific to their account. MyTIckets members can receive special coupons, discounts, exclusive merchandise and upcoming offers.
Third party vendors also have the opportunity to work with ball clubs and target MyTIckets customers with specials and announcements as well. During the design process my role was to create the visual assets and page layouts for the new feature in MyTickets. Working along side the art director for Tickets.com wireframes and themed photoshop designs were completed and implemented into the MyTickets service.
